it was big smoke and rider coz in 1 mission you see ryder and big smoke meeting with the ballas at a garage and they open the door and the green sabre was there so thats proof

If u play gta 5 you must get all 50 scrap messenge and when you get all of it the person that killed CJ's mom will show up and then u go there,the person that killed her is one of the ballas
