Accidents still happen, I remember a video about a cop and a towing company splitting the money over towing cars that look like they're in an illegal parking places, the towing company would tow the cars first, send a list to a cop, then the cop would make false tickets to justify it. Problem is that the girl who exposed it parked legally, and had a camera footage from outside that recorded the whole thing xD. I wonder if she eventually got her justice from that injustice. I'm sure though that many people suffered from them, and they were not fortunate enough to have evidence.

This is a good read and a true story. I once had a warehouse business just north of DC in Maryland, had 6 spots per shop. Parking was tight for many businesses with employees. We all had problems with other buildings employees using our spots all day. My neighbor with the end unit had most cars trying to park in his spaces and it drove him nuts. He kept telling people he would tow their cars. One day he lost his mind and got his forklift out, picked up the car in his spot moved it to the other building. When he stopped too fast to put it down it slid a bit and ended up on its side doors. It was the talk of our building ever since. Cops came to investigate and ask who has a forklift. No one rats out our neighbor we all just tell the police, “Everyone has a forklift in a warehouse and we didn’t see a thing”. Long story sort. No more police asking stupid questions and no more illegal parking at the end unit. BEST DAY EVER!

Lol. My friend has scoliosis. He once had to park in a regular spot because someone was illegally in a handicap spot. He went inside the nearest store (this was a strip mall) and asked if they could page for the owner to move her car. They did, no one came. He called the police an officer arrived (he went into the nearest few stores in the shopping center and tried to find the owner) no one came forward. The officer told me my friend he was going to call a tow and advised him if he wanted to watch to not sit too close because the driver may get nasty and he didn't want the driver to figure out who called. The tow truck arrived and was loading the car up to be taken to impound when the owner of the car (an able bodied young lady in heels no less) came running out of the nearby store (that both my friend and the cop had gone into to page for the owner) and started crying and pleading and insisting she had only been gone a few minutes when the cop said, "Ma'am I have been here for at least 20 minutes." and then insisted there was no other parking available and the cop told her she was wrong. She then insisted that no one had needed the spot and he said, "Who do you think called the police and complained? A handicap person who needed the spot couldn't use it because you were in it." The cop allowed her to get her things out of the vehicle and then wrote her a ticket and the tow truck driver kindly waited for her to get the cash from the atm she needed to pay the impound fee as well as a lift to the yard to pay to get her car back. I am pretty sure she never parked in a handicap spot again!

I live two blocks away from a beach and a road that features a carnival parade every year. And EVERY YEAR is the same story with people parking on our garages and blocking the ways out of our houses (for all of us that live near the event) we put up signs, we some times even argue with people and get called names when we politely ask them to move their cars. Every year we paint, mark and tow cars, it's our little joy out of pure revenge. It's incredible to see how self absorbed some people are, how they think they have the right to do anything. I hate them

I used to have to call the tow trucks on ppl illegally parking in this apt complex i worked. I usually tried to warn ppl. Some just didn't care. My favorite was a girl had been parking on the red fire line. I couldn't figure out who she was visiting but let it go a couple times. Finally I saw her park and NICELY told her she can't park there my boss wants me to have you towed. She told me to fk off and get a life. Was the happiest i ever was when i called tow truck. Funny story they Sent 2 trucks and her bf had pulled up and parked behind her. So they grabbed his truck. The young couple chased the tow truck and caught him as he was leaving property. He wanted 50 to drop the truck on the spot and while they were discussing this no on saw the other truck grab her car and he drove right on past. I told the bf I Warned her and what she said to me. He paid the 50 to have his dropped and told her she was in her own. It was a good day

Uh oh, I do believe you are correct, Draw. When in park, the wheels that are part of the transmission will lock. Is someone trying to get KZbin hits?
@AngieTaylorDressage6 жыл бұрын
That was a front wheel drive suv, when the two it away you can see one front wheel (right side) rolling backwards. He then towed from front. Have to admit I did that once or twice. Was so happy to find an open spot I just whipped right in there, focusing only on getting in straight. How embarassing to find the ticket, but hey, I'm the dummy who didn't look around!!! 😳😂

Shoutout to the speaker boxes for helping folks out. I know most wouldn't. The young man was smart to listen, but the couple chose a different path. 😢 awesome video!

They should hang a sign that specifically says the lot is for employees and customers only, that others would be towed. They probably thought it was a joke/prank or something, as did the first guy before he took it seriously. I mean, who hangs a speaker outside of his building just to warn these things? But yeah, they should've took it seriously regardless as most lots in stores/non-public building tend to be only for customers and employees anyway.

@@andrewyp6724 pretty sure they have signs, the dude apparently just noticed them after his jeep was towed
@RichterVonFuchs6 жыл бұрын
ignoring the speakers, there ARE signs. You can see the sign at 1 second in though you'd have to screenshot/zoom to see it from the angle the video is in. You can also see the signs across the street throughout the video. You can even see that the guy notices it at the end. There's no real defense to it.
@tangomike154 жыл бұрын
I’m wondering how clear the speakers are....can they actually hear what you’re saying to them or are they hearing random, unclear talking? Anyway, regardless, it’s pretty obvious they are parking on someone’s property...which is cheeky enough. If you know you’re parking where you probably shouldn’t be, the first thing you would instinctively do is look for signs prohibiting parking....so no pity here.

I bet there is a short somewhere when it rains. I worked security and the place I worked at had speaker boxes that sounded like jumbled up garbage when it rained.
@hillclimbracingfan58214 жыл бұрын
@cockstrong3333 Not gotta,it is pretty clear if he heard it all the way down street but girl with Jeep straight up ignored what was beeing said.That proves that speakers are completely fine and that she was completely ignoring what was said to her.

@AlashiaTuol6 жыл бұрын
@@nettekal8190 Um, excuse me? There are actually more men shown ignoring the speaker in the video then women. Two men, one woman. One man turns around to leave (eventually), but that still leaves one man and one woman. And if you watched the other videos on this channel, you'd know the gender ratio of idiots who park where they shouldn't is just about equal. Proclaiming that women in general never listen and are full of themselves because a single woman ignores the world's most obvious No Parking zone is as rational as me assuming all men are misogynistic twats just because your comment implies that you are.

Recording with audio takes up a lot of storage space specially on something like a CCTV that records almost 24/7, so most that use them opt it out specially if on a budget
