I also wish to know with your batter if we use 80 20 20 ratio floor to 3 parts water is the result still have the soft drop effect like the onein the video , coz i have noticed you have used 200 40 40 to 900 mls water so more rice flour to tapioca and cornflour . Will the 80 20 20 ratio be more stiffer cheung fun?
