because we live in the era of performance. It's like going to Tinder and see people saying they seek an intelligent person to share they life with (either man or woman). They don't seek intelligent people, but people that look intelligent, because most of people won't support an intelligent conversation about anything and will bore out of it. The same with this. When I go eat out, I don't care about the flare. If the food is good, I don't care if the cook is a 70y old fat woman that laughs loud and the place has old chairs. I've eaten in expensive places (in business dinners) and missed my good old cheap neighboorhood food shack. We need to go back to being practical and value people for their skills, what they can do, instead of valueing people just because they have tons of followers

@@Enthusiastic-Trainspotter-BNE Nah, it’s to grab whatever clout he can off Salt Bae. Salt Bae is controversial and gets clicks, Guga is just beating a dead horse at this point. Doesn’t call him out, doesn’t try to challenge him because at the end of the day Guga is a guy that makes videos, salt bae has at least run restaurants where anybody can go and critique his food. It may be covered in gold and sometimes cooked poorly, but we never see what hits the floor in Guga’s editing room, so it’s not really a fair fight. It’s very petty.

Thank you for explaining why not to eat medium rare burgers and why steaks are sanitary...more or less. At the high end meat shop I worked in, rich people would come in and say they wanted to make the best burgers...so grind them some filet mingon! 😂 We would actually refuse to do that, and would even recommend medium instead of anything lean. I guess they think the best steak would make the best burger, but the average person is oblivious to proper use of beef. One thing we'd do is order our prime rib with the caps on, so we'd have extra prime rib fat around to mix with chuck for the best burgers. We would also add it to our bison burgers because bison is extremely lean.
