Different repeat methods are for when you have multiple brush tips. Say you have the phases of the moon, you'll want your brush tips to always go in a specific cycle, so you'll leave it on "repeat", but the other options will do things like make a random cycle, or have the cycle go in one direction then the other, or there's options for it to only do a single cycle of the pattern.

Hey there! I'd like to clarify that the "taper" setting at 22:30 should have the reverse effect of what you've shown. It's supposed to actually have the effect of actual brushes with long bristles and a thin tip (sharpening the ends and extending it a little bit once you release the brush). You can see effect easily by setting your "stabilization" setting at 100/max along with the taper. I recommend trying it with a pen-type tool first! I find it weird that your brush had that effect, and I like this setting so much that I felt like I have to comment and give it justice according to what it says in the info tab 😭. That aside, awesome video and sorry for butting in! (coming from a pc version user ✨)

I have an Intuos4 Medium tablet and for some reason the tilt options will not work for me in CSP. The only one that does is Direction of Line, and Random. 😮💨

How do you get the Starting/Ending settings to show while you're using a brush (instead of them appearing AFTER the full stroke)? I really want to be able to see what I'm doing as I'm doing it to avoid constantly redoing a line,, Thank you so much for the tutorial though, incredibly helpful!!

Do you know why some brushes only keep black & white? The color just doesn’t apply to it :(
@samijen6 ай бұрын
That means before registering as a material, that brush was made on Monotone layer, not Gray. So it can only be black or white
