EXCELLENT FOR RUNNERS. You can breath in and out with a count of two at most of the speed. Keeps good pace, very relaxing and powerful. THANK YOU.

Hello I am told to do breathing exercises to increase my lungs capacity. So firstly is this pranayam good for me? Secondly, do we need to inhale and exhale from nostrils or inhale from nostril and exhale from mouth? Thirdly how should I follow the routine like one vol and one lev each day or do it multiple days and then switch to second?

Was able to complete 30mins today. I tried sitting in the sun under shade( 1pm ) facing sun . Initially the eyes were moving lot and I could see various colours . In brief it chnaged from red to yellow . After some time the eyes were more relaxed and was not moving . In the second half I started feeling numb in the legs. Thought did wonder around . Saliva started building in the mouth. Had to adjust the back couple of times. After the 30 mins I could walk . It was all good by the time I typed the observations . What should we do to saliva build up ? Does swallowing it distrust the meditation ?

Hello. Thank you for your useful, informative video. I'm new, I wanna start meditating, doing yoga and do breathing exercises. This video about Pranayama 1 level, and what is vol1? It's written Level 1 vol 1 (I didn't understand what is vol). Could you advice me any book, film and etc. about yoga, pranayama, and meditation, please? With what should I start? Thank you in advance

Sohum (सो ऽहम् so 'ham or so 'Hum) is a Hindu mantra, meaning "I am She/He/That" in Sanskrit. In Vedic philosophy it means identifying oneself with the universe or ultimate reality.
