Just what I was looking for! I ran out of gas 45 minutes into a 75 minute power yoga flow, and this was the perfect replacement. I feel peacefully invigorated! :) Thank you, Tiff!

I found this in the aftermath of a very bad panic attack, knowing I needed a good deep relaxation to bring me back to myself again. Thank you so much. I have a question, as I'm new to this :x. What would you recommend I do more of to help with my anxiety? It can be crippling at times and though yoga has helped, I find tougher poses give me some anxiety currently. I'm sure with time and a little pushing boundaries they won't but still...

Dear Yogini Tiff, Thank you for the beautiful experience🙏🏽 What does it mean to "Allow yourself to float and heal"? Does it mean i should observe my thoughts or just let my mind wander?
@FlowingYogini5 ай бұрын
Hi. Thank you for your comment. This practice helps me relax on such a deep level. For me, “float and heal” is to be in such a relaxed state, the body heavy yet cradled by the earth, the consciousness rises, light, floating, and in deep healing. Maybe it only lasts a moment, but it is where all the day to day “conditioning” dissolves and we are experiencing something profound.

Thank you so much for this video. It takes me back to that day on the beach facing the ocean and listening to the waves crash against the rocks. I wish I could be there now but I am grateful to have been able to meet and partake in one of your amazing classes. Namaste!

hi , this meditation is great , one feedback , it needs to be a bit slower for example in the beginning while you were asking to inhale and exhale and I was taking deep breaths I had only completed 2 Cycles where as you had already asked to complete it three times this is not to say that this meditation is not great I think if it's a bit slower it will be even greater and give time to relax even more please keep hearing this great meditations

Just a comment. I love these yoga relaxation vids. But please have the confidence in your ability to do this without music. You don't need it. I actually find the music unsettling and distracting. there is nothing wrong with having silence in your video with just your voice talking. You don't need "moody" music. I find much more of a connection and relaxation with just the gap of silence and a soothing voice.

Relaxing but spoiled by the pointless and annoying music.
