Currently re-experiencing severe anxiety and depression. Remeniscient of 20 years ago. This time I won't see any doctor or take any Rx or OTC meds. Been there. Done that. Instead I will try to embrace it Live with it Linda's meditations will assist with this endeavor...

@@Pauline_mrt Meditation, this way, body based, was indeed a big and good startingpoint on my way to recovery. Nutrition. Very light (!) yoga (look for Sleepy Santoosha or Lorrie Rivers)

@@angelic3450 thanks a lot ! I have been looking for some light yoga videos :) I know about the programs you have mentioned but money is an issue. I am looking into psychedelic therapy to address childhood traumas and hopefully help with brain retraining too ! :)

Hello Linda, I've been absent for some time and have forgotten just how beautiful your videos are, so peaceful, reassuring and a pure tonic to good health. Your lounge looks like the most tranquil Shangri La for peace, it's gorgeous. And I'm going to wager most of my money that the dog on the left hand side by the fireplace is "SPOTTY DOG" from the BBC watch with Mother The Woodentops ! ? If it isn't it's a perfect look alike ! You give so much in the name of better health and I'd say rarely see results of your dedication so once again as I've said in previous years please know that you make that all essential difference in people's health and for me you've OFTEN reduced dangerously high blood pressure with PTSD and illness and for that I thank you with all my heart. My wee dog Toto STILL chills to your voice just like he did years ago but he's 14 now and had his spleen removed and is doing well and he really chills to voices such as yours and Joanna Lumley, Benedict Cumberbatch etc so thank you Linda, for ALL you do here. Heartfelt Gratitude xo

Thanks so much for your kind comments about my lounge - I don't have the set up for a studio and I'm glad the space is sympathetic. Yes, I believe the dog is Spotty Dog from the Woodentops! Give Toto a kiss from me, he sounds a brave little chap and a beautiful soul. My wee lurcher Bess (a Whippet,/Bedlington Terrier cross) enjoys it when I run my meditation groups. Look after yourself and go well :)

Great meditation, but have you ever thought about saying in your titles which do and don't have music? I love your videos, but I generally much prefer the ones with little or no music as I find it very distracting from the meditation. Just a personal preference though :) thanks for the content x

Your meditation videos are great. I was shown them by OHC. I am healing! My only criticism is the sound of you swallowing occassionally. It may be me but some of my problems show up in getting really irritated at these things. By the end of the video i was just waiting for the next time you would do it and it took me out a bit.

I'm glad you're with the OHC - you're in safe hands. Thanks for the feedback, I edit the 'swallowing' out nowadays in the self-shoots. There are plenty of studio-recorded audios on this channel without these natural mouth noises, I hope you'll explore them. Wishing you all the best with your healing!💖

@@LindaHallguidedmeditation yes i just did a couple more and noticed that was absent. Its definitely a me problem, i cant hear people eating etc its a bit of a trigger for me. And yes thank you! Your meditations are helping me beyond belief. Meditation is a magical thing. It must be very rewarding to be a part of it
