This is the first meditation i can whole heartedly say got me into a different place or self awareness and self compassion. I wish this meditation could have gone on forever.

Thank you for this meditation. I am in a dark place at the moment and keep thinking that I should be doing more to get myself out of it. Today I am trying to be more compassionate with myself. I am listening to soothing meditations as I sit in the garden, and trying to tell myself that it's okay and that I don't need to do more. But I am so afraid that it won't get any better.

Oh, this is good. So many helpful reminders. Sometimes the heaviness seems so permanent. But it is temporary and needs lots of kindness and acceptance. I'll have to listen to this one again. Very soothing words, music and of course your presence is wonderful.

Hey Linda, wanted to update you. That whole time, 10 months ago when I was clinging onto you videos for sanity, I was experience severe PTSD and had no clue. I'm happy to let you know I'm working a job now going to school and functioning again!!! I was withdrawing from benadryl and had severe PTSD from a bad psychedelic trip. But I'm doing much better and am much more functional, and am so proud of who I'm becoming on my mental health journey. But I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. These videos really helped me and I held onto them because quite honestly I barely knew what was reality at the time. May the universe bless you Linda, you're an angel❤ things always get better no matter how extremely awful and dire they seem. And we humans, are resilient!🕊

T.Y. Linda ⚘️.. for your soft meditations. It does help me. Im dying from a traumatic event that destroyed my life. Caused mental and physical illnesses. It caused anhidonia, and lost the want to live. :( I know their are others living an unbearable existence 🥀🫶

I’ve looked around for lots of meditations since starting graduate school for counseling, and I’m focusing on contemplative practice and positive interventions for counseling and this has helped me so much and surely many others to come!! Very nice... was there in here somewhere a breath in, holding, out, with exhilation making a sound? I'm rewatching it and not finding it? Really liked it.
