Whenever I feel overwhelmed by all my thoughts about all the things I should be doing, and all my unpleasant emotions, which make me anxious, I come here, I breathe, and after listening to your voice I immediately feel calmer. I am grateful for these resources. Thank you.

Today, this meditation turned out to be very interesting. When at the beginning you spoke of both May my mind be at ease, and then May I be at ease with my mind, I felt a bit of confusion and a touch of Stress. However, when you separated these two suggestions into each one at a separate time, I felt perfectly comfortable with each one! I am looking forward to incorporating in my mind on how to deal with stress in the most effective and pleasant ways! ADB,MD Thanks.

My mind tends to wander and have too many thoughts due to my anxiety and possible ADHD (might get it tested soon) and this helps me to think about one thing at a time. Thanks :)
