This meditation is amazing. I am sure that many, many people have a goal of achieving peace of mind, for troubled minds. This meditation offers them the chance of achieving that goal. Once they see that this is possible with practice again and again they will realize the reality of their goal. Whoever you are, and I prefer not to know, you are providing some gifts that are truly amazing. I'm one of those lucky people who get it.

I used this meditation all week since I was looking for one on cultivating happiness. I wanted to move in a more positive direction instead of anxiety or stress or whatever was lowering my mood. Could you make some mediations on some positive emotions too please.
