I was about to have a panic attack before my Calc exam, and this really helped me to see that this isn’t my entire world, that I can rise above that stress, and tackle control of the situation by letting go. You have prevented a panic attack in yet another stressed college student. Thank you!

This is one of my favorite meditations you’ve made, Sal! Thank you so much for this! I love how it combines the idea of focusing on the process and enjoying it from the procrastination meditation with the ocean visualization from the 7-minute meditation to calm your mind to concoct a tremendously helpful meditation for students. And I’m doing really well in my learning, in and out of college!

After 5 years in the military, Sal prepared me to retake my SAT at 23 years old when I haven’t seen any of the math subjects in 6 or more years. On my PSAT last night I got a 1350. Incredibly this is probably the first meditation that I’ve tried that actually have worked for me. I’ve been trying to practice meditation for a couple of months now, with little results. Maybe it’s because I have that one big scary test tomorrow, idk, but I’m feeling way better.

I love your energy Sal. Even when you teach physics, which is my least fav topic, I had noticed how your energy makes me enjoy the process rather than being caught on what I don t like about it. I will expand it to my everyday life and thanks for reminding us not to lose the point: enjoying the journey rather than focusing on the outcome.

i love the voice. its probably one of the things that helped me the most. it gave me so much serotonin and relief and confidence. the words did something to me and with him saying it it did a lot. i loved it.

I was having baddd test anxiety and just crying because I have my math retake test (to pass on the semester) and I studied really hard for almost the whole summer and still feel like I didn’t do enough at the same time I’ve never been prouder and happier with myself, because it finally feels like I know what Im doing in life- very mixed feelings- and I know that if I fail this test I’ll have to retake in the end of the year I’ll just be inevitable and I don’t want that anyways this helped and I hope my anxiety won’t mess it me in this test I know I have the ability and capacity to do really well and I just hope I do Thanks for teaching me math and calming me down Sal
