Often we begin our day with urgency. When you first wake up in the morning, try to not to give in to whatever habitual thing you do. Instead of starting your day with emails and news, this time start with a simple morning meditation. You deserve it.
This meditation helps you create the tone for your day and set your intentions. And it also includes Muraqaba, an Islamic practice for spirituality. This part is inspired by a spiritual instruction given by Allameh Tabatabai to the letter of a young person asking for guidance to come out of a spiritual deadlock.
