For several years I have been practicing Chi Kung, a series of breathing, meditation and concentration exercises starting with a lying position for several months, then sitting, then standing, then movement (Tai Chi) under the supervision of a Kung Fu instructor, but now I do not find it and only remember some of the exercises: 1- Relaxation. Each muscle with one breath, inverted breathing, breathing on the chest, then holding the breath and lowering it to the abdomen a little, pulling the abdomen a little, exhaling and holding the breath a little, the counts are equal, and the lying position with the hands and feet open a little. 2- Energy cleansing. The same breathing and position, but with the inhalation, draw the white energy and lower it to the abdomen with the hold, and with the pulling of the abdomen, direct the energy to the feet, and with the exhalation, release the black energy, and so on for each part of the body with each breath, and the path of the energy is the basic meridians. 3- The same position and breathing, but with the breath held and lowering the white energy to the abdomen, it is directed to the dantian and transformed into a sky blue color, and the dantian is wrapped in imagination counterclockwise and the energy is distributed from the dantian to each part of the body in the same manner as the previous exercise. 4- The same previous exercise, but the blue energy is directed to the bones. 5- The same exercise with the energy directed to the muscles. 6- Sitting cross-legged with the palms on the knees with inverted breathing, but two colors of energy are inhaled, blue on the right and reddish orange on the left, and they are lowered to the dantian from the front meridian, then distributed in the middle of the second breath on the body equally, blue to the right and red to the left. 7- The same previous exercise, but with the two colors lowered to the dantian, they are mixed and transformed into the phosphorous green color and distributed on the body. 8- The exercise of full and empty starting from here, we forgot the exercises, which were five minutes with the palms on the knee, five minutes with the right palm on the right ear, five minutes with the left palm on the left ear, and five minutes with the palms on the ears, but we forgot the color of the energy and its path after entering it from the palm to the ear. The iron palm exercise involves hitting a piece of wood with the palm of my hand for 10 minutes, then doing a squat with inverted breathing and charging the dantian with lemon yellow and moving the energy to the front center in the middle of the chest, then the energy is distributed to the hands to charge them. Can you help me complete this series of exercises until I reach the movement exercises (Tai Chi)?
