You’ve created the PERFECT chi/movement routine for this 87-year-old woman who loves it and loves you for doing it! I’ve been looking for a total body workout that combines chi, strengthening, and agility. I can see how this is going to take me to my goal and continue to nurture me as I age. Watch out, world! There's more ahead for this old lady!

I have stopped temporarily my practice of QI Gong for a a while, but I was crouched in my attic for a few hours yesterday and I am feeling it today, I will soon be starting the practice again. My motto is keep moving.

This combines so many elements I have been exploring recently as if the universe was preparing for this in advance so I would appreciate it better and have finally found the routine I’ve been seeking my whole life. Spine pain 7 years ago slowed me down enough to appreciate the slower energies of regeneration but never had the language to describe it until now. Thank you so Much.

Lee, do you have already or would it be possible for you to demonstrate the floor exercises adapted for a chair. I have had knee replacements and it is extremely uncomfortable to get onto the floor and off, and in between is not easy either.

I am 71 years old and pretty active. This morning, I did your routine instead of my regular one. Afterwards, I was able to get my leg up higher in one legged down dog. Cool, so, that’s what unlocking my chi really feels like!

Thank you Lee! Your qi gong exercises have been extremely healing for my ankylosing spondylitis auto immune chronic arthritis and imflammation symptoms. I havent had another major progression or painful flair up since I started doing qigong daily in March. Attribute a lot of this to the de-stressing, aerobic, and gentle stretching qualities of qigong on my body and mind.🤗 🌌🙏

Thank you Lee I have just discovered you online and I am so grateful for your gift of these free routines. I loved the 20min QIGong routine, however I am not so keen getting down on the ground due to my age and stiffness. It would be wonderful to have a routine that we can remain standing yet still igniting our Qi. and something I can do anywhere even at work. And. The lesson lays down on the floor, you can stand up and practice the same. The keys is how to combine your mind, your energy, your breath, blood.... relax, go through smoothly, and don’t rush. The same practice like yours but if to know more detail, things change, your health will much improve and your illness will be gone. That’s why many people practice a lot but they are still sick a lot. And remember, pain in leg, but use medicine for hand, then never stop painful in you led. Don’t do something that you don’t need.
