I enjoyed this meditation as I visualized myself sat on a beach enjoying the cool and warm breeze as the waves of the ocean were roaring. Enjoyed the scenery of beautiful red sun setting and in process removed all my worries as new energy got in my body making lighter and free. Thank you for this great lesson.

I recomended your videos to my therapist. She runs group day programs for adults recovering from various truamas. She's going to use these to help her clients because they are so simple and not too long and droning. You've done a brilliant thing in shortening these meditations. I know when I first began my practice, I was intimidated by the idea of sitting still for more than 10 minutes. These videos are perfect for semi-nervous-natured individuals like myself and others in recovery, whos anxiety is a daily struggle. Thanks again for your beautiful work!

I feel an sensation in my right hand . I'm getting all kinds of great ideas and information when I sleep. Is this a normal reaction ? Weirdly, before the video I was fine but after focusing on the stresses I couldn't let them go I couldn't burry them. I didnt want to bury them they had someone I didnt want to bury in those thoughts. So the bright sky became a bit darker and as the sun set the beach became darker. So I'm not sure if focussing on stresses during the meditation actually helps you feel more relaxed.

I feel like the scene in inception, where he has buried his bad memories and thoughts in the low levels of an apartment. I feel scared and bad standing close to a place where I burried stuff that makes me feel sad, anxious and alone. Those memories and the beach doesnt feel like a safe and calm place to relax anymore, it feels like Im next to a grave (burried bad thoughts) that something bad can come out at any moment.

during that process of burrying the problems i could feel a bright light falling ০n one side of my head.. The other side was dark as if the light is unable to reach the other side of mine.. Now I don't know what's that... N how will that get healed.. Anyone who can guide me with this.

This helped, I could not read the Bible as I normally could as my mind was clouted in thoughts of mayhem (not malevolence as I was inflicting harm on those who were evil). I may be exaggerating, but I maybe developing a dependency on meditation. I believe it will be a necessity as I further my being, entering times of Strife and tragedy.
