GREAT song! I bought Jeff’s album the day after seeing him on The Tonight Show and that song was definitely a standout. Did you know him?

In spite of being blind, he played the guitar with astonishing precision. He was great. Wondrous Jeff.

It still makes me sad to this day that we lost such a focused, talented, supernatural phenomenon like Jeff Healey so young. He was taken way too soon. Fuck cancer. Considering his discography, and all he was able to accomplish in such a short time, just imagine what he would’ve gone on to do. The world was grievously robbed when cancer took Jeff.

all governments should be destroyed for allowing "Chemicals" into our environment. CANCER comes from man's experiences with these Chemicals and more. DUPONT is partially the blame.

Jeff, was in spite of his difficulties, "a living legend ", gifted with a rare talent, for soulful blues, R.I.P. Jeff, (hope you're playing your blues upstairs), 😎🎸

When he said, "He had to adjust after losing his eyesight", did he ever adjust! I don't know how I missed his great music while he was alive, but I'm more than grateful now. What a sensational artist he was!

It is sad you never discovered our Canadian icon prior to his death. Seeing him play was an experience that one absorbed into the soul. The man was brilliant and a very cool dude, personable and always tossing out his dry sense of humour. Jeff Healey was a guitar legend and fabulous vocalist, right up there with the best of them....He is greatly missed...
@TheHumbuckerboy6 жыл бұрын
Yes, Jeff's sense of humour was even evident in a number of his song titles and his lyrics such as 'See the Light' and 'Angel Eyes' etc. He will always have my admiration and respect both as a man and also for undoubtedly being one of the most gloriously exciting lead guitarists ever !

Jeff Healey was born and raised in Toronto
@LaurieLaSalle266 жыл бұрын
He was raised in the Toronto area after being adopted and born in Toronto as well. He played many cities in Southern Ontario and then was discovered in 1982 by SRV. His career shot off like a bullet and yet with all of the fame he never changed. He was a very down to earth man with a talent like none other...

Music producers have turned music into QUEER listening stations. They should let the people decide what WE want to hear on radio. NOT THEM. Jeff was Bad ass. How many other Artist out there with the same talent that will never be discovered in a LEFT WING TRAITOR AMERICA HATING ENVIRONMENT.. We get what they give us. It's as simple as that. Every artist out there should than their lucky stars they made it before QUEER took over.
