Rice :- 2 cup
chana dal :- 1 cup
toor dal:- 1/2 cup
udad dal :- 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds:- 1tbsp
make a power
for handvo paste
3 cup :- handvo power
1 cup :- curd
1¹/² cup :- water
300grm :- bottle guard
2 cups :- corrinder leaves
1 tbsp :- garlic paste
1 tbsp:- ginger paste
1 tbsp:- green chilli paste
peanut powder:- 3 tbsp
salt as per taste
turmeric powder:- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder:- 1tbsp
black pepper:- 1/2 tsp
sugar :- 2 tbsp
for seasoning
oil :- 3 tbsp
mustard seeds:- 2 tbsp
cumin seeds:- 1 tbsp
white seasme seeds:- 2 tbsp
curry leaves:- 10 nos
asafoetida:- 1/2 tsp
dry Red chilli:- 2 nos
baking soda:- 1/2 tsp
