This Gulfstream is so awesome. It has side view mirrors, gold plated air nozzle and overhead lights. So cool and expensive. Will love to fly one.

This was magnificent! Thanks for sharing and yes... extra points for the Janet Area 51 callout! :)

Great video and interaction between pilots. Could you do a video of the checklist just before running the engines, showing in detail how to have this bird ready for taxi? Would be nice for someone like me that never had an opportunity to fly in a Gulfstream aircraft. Thanks

Yes he did use reverse. Not only can you clearly hear it, but you can see on the EICAS that he went to 1.3 EPR after aquiring the 6 lights.

...and yes, that is the normal approach to 19L/R all day long. The turn to final is made no further north of the Stratosphere (which one can clearly see in this video) in order to stay clear of the Nellis AFB class D airspace.

Great video and beautiful aircraft. You guys are a good crew. It would be nice to have someone like this F/O piloting alongside especially on those long trips.

The crew works well together, the Captain is old school in that the co-pilot is just there for the radio and checklist.

i have a question, since both of you were helping fly the plane to logged PIC time?
@foxtrot78912 жыл бұрын
"F/O"=First Officer & "1st Officer"(also)=First Officer. If you're asking if the approach is normal how can you suggest it's also low?

Question. What is the flair on the G-4? I know on the 747 is usually 5 degrees at 30 ft, of course this a totally different aircraft.
