I have learnt so much with this video. I use oregano in all my homemade meals as well as a tea… Basil is used to cooked and fresh meals..cilantro is added to almost every salad and ginger seems to sooth my belly… Fennel seed and chamomile tea are very soothing. I will now harvest my sage leaves as I did not know about this super power spice… I grow sage for its silvery colour leaves and for its beauty…

But did your patients react to Cinnamon cassia or C. Ceylon? If the problem is just the coumarin concentration, then consuming the ceylan variety would probably fix whatever issue you saw. Also, if both ginger and cinnamon are so widely used and appreciated by an incredible amount of people, wouldn't that mean the problem is likely specific to a few of your patients? If they can't tolerate these, aren't they intolerant to quite a few other "common" things as well?

I noticed that its rare for the people here to have allergies, I don't know anyone who does, I am not sure why, but when I lived in Canada I found that many people have food allergies there and they always ask if we have it too.

Is food sensitivity influenced by a person's ethnicity or geographic origin? For example, Indians and East Asians have been using turmeric, ginger, and black pepper for over 5,000 years. Are they less sensitive to these herbs compared to Europeans, Africans, or North Americans? Similarly, are Indians and East Asians more sensitive to Mediterranean spices and herbs? What about sensitivity to other traditional herbs and spices like Ashwagandha, Nutmeg, Mace, Brahmi, Amla, Giloy, Tulsi, Moringa, Cardamom, Fenugreek, Star Anise, Terminalia chebula, Aloe Vera, and Licorice?

Thank you! Please check the source of the ginger that causes issues. At least here in Europe, we get majority of ginger from China. Fortunately there are some spots where you can buy much better from Peru, Brazil or Thailand. I would really appreciate if you could get some tests about this I am very curious about the results.
