You can totally succeed dear. I was like the same weight in that age but I didn't do anything. By the age of 30 I remained underconfident because of this. Finally I said enough is enough and lost around 10 kgs. I regret not doing this in my teenage years. Do it. Go for it.

@@SimranKaur-mm7hr sabse pehle morning main green tea ya mithi lakdi ki chae leni hai phir ek ghante baad breakfast aap breakfast main ek normal aata roti ke saath egg ya koi bhi kam oil ki sabji ya ghee lgakar chae se le skti ho ye sab ka man nhi to upma khicdi idli appe but portion control karke khana hai meaning aese nhi khana hai ke bilkul kam ho aur aese bhi nhi ke full gale tak aaye idli 2 appe 3 upma ek bowl aese ok
