Thank You Gabi Oooh yum I tried the Tahini dressing, just a little sweet because of the dates and honey, so i tweeked it with the juice of one lime, that lifted it to a new level Paired over a simple salad of cucumber, romanita tomatoes, spring onions and yellow pepper all chopped into same size pieces I left the dressing in a little bowl and told the family to try it first before adding to their salad Mwahahaha there's nothing left, its a success Here's to health from nose to toes MwAh ❣️🇿🇦

Use date syrup instead of whole date, water wilts sald greens super fast, perhaps something else like lemon juice or orange just, then you could skip the date sweetener.

Heat the honey first and it should incorporate better. You said juice of half an orange but then you used the whole orange. The zest of the orange and lemons would boost the flavour factor..

I would put the honey in last so it won't stick to the bottom of the blender then I can just put the cap on & blend immediately.

Hey Karen! Great to see you in the comments! 😊 No problem at all if you can't use garlic in the recipe. You can either omit it or try using shallots, chives, or even ginger instead. For a sweetener, maple syrup or agave would work well in place of honey. And if you don't have dates, dried cranberries, cherries, or raisins are all tasty substitutes. Just pick whichever one you like best! 🙂👍
