Excellent information and content. Few points to consider: 1) IRON is important along with B12. (Similar to Megnisum with D3&K2). 2) Countries like UK taking these supplements for 1 month based on the blood test results will be good Idea. Instead of taking the through the year. 3) First Important point is focusing on Probiotics(5 to 10 best) options we can implement through the life. With this only we can reduce the intake or dependency on Victimins supplements. 4) Usage of Ghee, Coconut Oils also it will increase the D Vitamin process. 5) Evey 6/12 months taking only 5 days ( 5 Indian Gooseberries Juice ) Early morning. & Every 2/3 months taking once (Neem leaves past) Early morning The above 2 early morning with empty stomach should take it and give 2 hr Gap for the breakfast. This will give the base for improving the good bacteria in Gut. 6) Taking min 3 letters of fluids (Coconut, Barley, Subja or chia, kanji, Kefir, buttermilk) etc... is good option. Important point is morning 2 or 3 Glass of water/liquid is allowed. Rest of the day always taking less quantity (1/2 glass) at a time, in this way consuming 3/4 letters of fluids is good option. Fatty liver or High weight/BMI people should consider taking boomi Amla(Power/juice) 1 month Earl morning with lukewarm water is highly recommended. 7) Plat based vitamin supplements are the best. www.british-supplements.net Not sure about this company, just sharing for your reference. Kindly please analysis this company products. In India produts like himalaya. 8) VRK Sir diet is the best, it is mainly recommend to implement when people are in India, after taking the recommend all blood tests. Of course this is very good for people having any issues (sugar, BP, thyroid, High BMI, psoriasis, canvers and many more issues). Because this diet process is required 2 weeks to 3 Months based on the issues. Complexity is understing the subject, once understand the subject and diet process only gives the confidence to implement. So highly recommend when people are in India (Hyderabad) is best option. Hi andi, first thing first, the general advice given is to drink enough water which is around 2 litres per day, if you are doing that, you have ticked one box, the 2nd thing is are you eating enough soluble fibre, if you are eating lentil and other grains, it has good soluble fibre, if you doing water and fibre then the 3rd thing is magnesium supplements, if magnesium glycinate isn't working try magnesium citrate..if none are working, you may have IBS, have you checked for that condition, is it occasional constipation or regular constipation? what is your diet comprised of?

Nice explanation. Is it better to take individual vitamins and minerals you mentioned or multivitamins plus minerals? Water soluble vitamins (Vitamins B group and C) are not toxic even if you take them in excess. However, lipid-soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin D etc can be toxic when you take them in excess. One of the symptoms of functional dyspepsia is weight loss, so this may not be due to the medication you have been taking.

keep them away from processed and ultra processed foods, that should suffice afaik...please teach them that chips and chocolates are bad food, rest, they could eat everything home made..I generally give omega-3 fish oil to my kid, that's it.
