there's a slower but easier version of this where you can just spam frozen rockets instead of riding the guttertank rocket, and then every rocket will shoot the guttertank. you need like 4 of your own rockets and 1 guttertank rocket

you need to be on them so that you can change it's direction

i might be wrong but i think once you ride the rocket with the magnet on the guttertank, it will automatically point towards it. i dont think it automatically will redirect the rocket if you just unfreeze it immediately.

The rocket already turns towards the GTank, however, for it to instakill you need to ride it at least once, otherwise it just pokes him constantly

You can use the freeze frame rocket launcher to freeze the rockets

rockets are attracted to magnets. sticking a magnet on a guttertank (or any enemy) will redirect rockets (including its own) at it if you ride a guttertank's rocket into the guttertank that shot it, it will instantly die and give you +ROUND TRIP you do not actually have to ride and manually redirect the rocket to get +ROUND TRIP. You just have to stand on it for any amount of time so you can freeze the rocket to stand on it (making it 1-shot), magnet the guttertank to make the rocket shoot it, and unfreeze for rocket go boom

why do a lot of people seem to have a problem with the guttertank? i didn't find him notable during my playthrough, just another higher tier enemy that punishes you for standing still.
