Agreed. Not an underrated talent to those who know but underappreciated overall, yes. Viv was a gem, and I'm grateful for unnamed electronic venues that may yet introduce her to and inspire emerging performers. The line change that cracks me up the most is the omission of "the female remaining single / just in the legal sense." Guess they figured they were already flirting with censorship danger by mentioning "getting the fisheye from the hotel clerk" and had better not further underline that she ain't exactly a virgin after all these years of engagement.
