Vaise to sabhi tarah ki exercises hamare liye achi hoti hai chahe aap running karte ho, gyming karte ho, cardio, dancing, swimming karte ho ya yoga karte ho, ye sabhi exercises body ke liye bahut healthy hoti hai. But kayi baar kuch log jo yoga karte hain ya gym karte hain confuse ho jaate hain ki unki body ke liye yoga karna zyada sahi hai ya gyming ya fir Yoga and Gym mai kon sa option hamari body ke liye jyada healthy hota hai.
** Sabse pehle hum baat karte hai YOGA ki **
Yoga ek way of life hai, jime Asana, Pranayam, kriya hoti hai, Yoga se hum ye ensure karte hain ki humari mental and physical health achi rahe, Yoga, muscle building, strength training etc se bahut alag hai, Yoga se aap Flexibility, Strength, Stamina paa sakte hain or yoga mai or bhi ek or bhi baat hai ki ye aapko spiritually enlighten karta hai.
** Is GYM better than Yoga? **
Jaha yoga aapko mental peace deta hai vaise hi Gym aapka mood upliftment, activeness, muscular body paane ke liye helpful hai. And muscles banane se at rest metabolism bhi badhta hai. Exercising aap ki body mai endorphin and serotonin release karta hai jo aapka mood uplift karne mai help karte hai.
But Agar Weight Jaldi lose karne ki baat kare to Yoga se behtar gym ho sakta hai kyuki gym mai aapki zyada calories burn hoti hai.

घंटा,,,,इतना करने में तुम्हारी टटी निकल जाए,,, लिमिट में फेंकना चाहिए ताकि सामने वाले को थोड़ा बहुत यकीन तो हो,,,ऐसा नहीं की लपेटना पड़े 😂😂😂😂

As a physical education teacher i suggest both are good according to the demand if anyone wants an athlete so gym is best and for general fitness yoga is best. Although yoga is slightly better than gym .

as a doctor you should have mentioned about real medical benefits of Yoga versus Gym Yoga - Pranayam is the best exercise to rejuvenate internal organs. Meditation is obviuosly great tool for relaxation and focus building. All asanas done along with proper breathing techniques will enhance mostly every aspect of the body(physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). Gym - Helps in Muscle building and strength. if they are done withour warm up and stretching then you end up being more stiffer than flexible.

it depends on your mindset and genetics. Genetics you cannot control but mindset you can. At what age does your grandfather/grandmother/other elders feel aged ask them. If you do proper diet and physical activities daily you can extend the youg age.
