GYM WORKOUT VLOG WITH THE BEEF AND CO.?!?!?

An average day at the gym with my buckaroos.
DISCLAIMER: Everyone featured in this video is my friend! So if things seem a bit sassy at times, it's because we know each other. Not just a sassy little thing with strangers.
Some working out. Some shenanigans. Some snacks.
*We had the snacks first...shared them with the whole gym, of course, and then got to business. Snacks and shenanigans at the end with the bloopers.
Started out strong with scapular pull-ups first, of course, as they're a great way to help build-up to the full pull.
Then three variations of pull-ups (did neutral grip, some wide grip, and chin-ups). Lat pull-downs. A standing lat pull-down. Some curl variations.
Finished up strong showing that bag who's boss.
Usually, the workout is slightly more focused but the first time videoing got the best of me for sure. Worth it tho. Honestly, this is exactly how I expected a gym vlog to go XD
Overall had a lot of fun filming this. Thank you to my lovely friends for making it a pleasant experience.

That's the best part of having more or less maxed out gains. I spend about 50% of my time in the gym goofing off with friends. I'm not getting any bigger so screw it. I'm 46 BTW, been working out for decades.
