Being tall and having long arms, the shoulder are always the ones crying after a hard day of work. This is exactly what I needed.

You work out 3 days a week(as I do). What do you do on your in between days? Joint and tendon work? Stretching? Ride a bike or walk? Thank you.

Excellent video as always. Are there stretch strength exercises that help with lower body like hips/hip flexors/legs that gymnasts do or are they mostly concerned with upper body only or strength in the hips legs come with advanced training. I wish you had a gym in S. Florida. I'd sign right up!!!! Thanks.

Thank you! Lower body flaxibility is achieved at a young age in gymnastics when kids have more flexibility in general, for adults there are definitely methods that can help a lot! I already made some videos check them out!

@@GymnasticsMethod Thank you too! I will look for them as my 60 yr old hip flexors are giving me trouble....If you happen to have a gym friend in S. Florida that teaches gymnastic training as you do, feel free to pass it along!!

Hey, I'm loving your videos and doing them consistently, but I'm experiencing a weird pop in my left shoulder when going down on the push up or doing the elbow rotation, do you have any idea how I can fix it?

I’m not a professional but I suggest you to be sure that your forearms stay straight when pushing down

I'm here after messing up my elbow from getting armbarred. Besides tapping sooner, I was looking for more tips. I'm not disappointed. I think more martial artists should look into gymnastics.

Great stuff mate. I'm a 38 year old starting judo 8 months. I stopped mostly doing stregth at the gym and focus on hiit and judo. But then all the weakness shines. I.e. nearly all joints. Could gymnastic prehab work in my case?

When I go 90 degress at straight dips I feel like my triceps is sliding on joint in my right elbow. Left is completely fine. Same happens in push up when I pass 90 degress it clicks and when I push back it clicks again at 90 degress. I suspect that it is tendonitis. Would elbow circles help for recover and can I continue to train with it?

Hi, Adam! If you say "do 15 squats, 15 lunges and 15 cossack squats", do you mean 15 lunges and cossack squats per side?
