⭐配方内的鷄蛋是大鷄蛋,每個大約60g。

⭐ The eggs in the recipe are large eggs, about 60g each.

⭐ Los huevos de la receta son huevos grandes, de unos 60 g cada uno.
⭐ El horno debe precalentarse para alcanzar la temperatura programada antes de hornear.
⭐ Debido a que cada horno es diferente, la temperatura y el tiempo de horneado en la receta son solo de referencia.
⭐Si el pastel tomó el color temprano, cubra el pastel con una capa de papel pergamino temprano y continúe horneando a la misma temperatura.

50g(1/4杯)糖
6個蛋白
50g(1/4杯)糖
5g(1茶匙)檸檬汁
60g(1/2杯少1湯匙)低筋麵粉
60g(1/2杯少1湯匙)低筋麵粉
50g(4湯匙)室溫融化无盐牛油
在预热好170℃/338℉炉内(最下層)烤約30分鐘
Bake in oven(bottom layer) preheated to 170℃/338℉ for 30 minutes
Recipe:(8 inch round shape removable bottom cake mold)
6 egg yolks
50g(1/4 cup)sugar
6 egg whites
5g(1tsp)lemon juice
50g(1/4 cup)sugar
60g (1/2 cup less 1 tbsp) pastry flour
60g (1/2 cup less 1 tbsp) pastry flour
50g(4tbsps)room temperature melted unsalted butter
Receta: (Molde de pastel de fondo removible de forma redonda de 8 pulgadas)
6 yemas de huevo
50 g (1/4 taza) de azúcar
6 claras de huevo
5 g (1 cucharadita) de jugo de limón
50 g (1/4 taza) de azúcar
60 g (1/2 taza menos 1 cucharada) de harina de repostería
60 g (1/2 taza menos 1 cucharada) de harina de repostería
50 g (4 cucharadas) de mantequilla sin sal derretida en frío
Hornee en horno (capa inferior) precalentado a 170 ℃ / 338 ℉ durante 30 minutos
