• A WEEK WITH CLARENCE K...
The legend that is Clarence Kennedy came down to my home city of Norwich for a week to lift, trick and eat, and we captured almost a terabyte of footage! We trained every day sometimes multiple times.
Each week a new daily vlog style video will be uploaded. Swapping between mine and Clarence's channel each week. The series will include tips on Olympic lifting, powerlifting, tricking, and general days in the life of me and Clarence. There was a mix between lifting and tricking days and day four in this video was a lifting day!
We had a lot of fun and I hope you enjoy the series!

I'm not sure exactly other than general screwed knees that needed keyhole to clean them up. I have had an ACL tear twice and surgery to replace it.

Thanks for your reply man, I've got osgood schlatter disease in my right knee and it's hindering me big time from olympic weightlifting as I can't squat without so much pain my patellar tendon just get minor tears on it everytime I squat even just body weight squats sucks.

hmmm I'm not sure I can help you there buddy sorry, sounds awful though, maybe try a few doctors? Clarence was like limping around some mornings with knee pain haha. Probably not a good idea to push through unless you feel its worth the pain or possible injury.
