Great tutorial! If you have access to a gymnastics facility it's also super helpful to try to front flip ONTO a big crash mat that's higher than ground level. This fixes the most common mistake of people dropping their chest forward instead of shooting up.

Great tutorial Hadyn. Do you think there is a big difference between technique on grass/concrete as opposed to on spring floor? At the moment I drill a lot of my skills in the gym and start to take them outside once I feel that they are at a decent level, although with limited access to a gymnastics facility this can make progress quite slow ( although injury free, I suppose) would you recommend this or do you think this is being overly cautious?
@HadynWiseman7 жыл бұрын
Hi, the technique should be mostly the same, it's fine to do it the way you are if you don't mind slower progress. I learn everything on grass but that also came with injuries fairly frequently.
