This is great and I watched it with the auto translate englich subs. The best bit was the times you just heard the engine being revved out, the subtitles showed [Music]. Never have I felt a subtitle be more true before.

I truly wish there was an option for cloth centers on the stock seats. They have the absolute worst lateral bolstering despite looking nice, and one tends to slide off the seat under hard braking.

I owned a black one 01, ap1. really never got to drive it to the limits with the 16" wheels, the 17" made the back even more twitchy. I'd still like the 16" paired with a good grip tire. The AP2 rear must have been better, I would not mind owning one of these again, despite nearly 25 years later... Nostalgia got me good

As an F1 engine provider. They should've made this car in mid engine (MR) layout. Not only that, as they wanted their consumer to have fun and challenge when driving it, they should've made it in this way.

No, they made the nsx which was rear mid layout, front mid layout was perfect for the s2k. It was perfectly balanced and is one of the best handling cars every produced.

From a certain point of view I understand your statement having had an MR2 before my actual (2nd) S2000. But for the same reason I disagree a little bit because one of the main defect of the MR2 (3SGE N/A engine) was lack of torque/power compared to the amount of traction available to the rear tyres. A rear mid engine S2000 would have been an even faster and magnific car to drive but probably not as fun and revarding to drive as it actually is, at least using the same F20C-F22C engine.
