Its not that islam made it difficult.. its just that this current day and age made the haram approach much much easier and on top of that… we as a whole made it also difficult to marry compared to previous. Get all the facts on table before you come to a conclusion my dear brothers and sisters.

Everything he said was right but it still didn't really answer the question cuz even if you met someone threw a sister or mother or through imam how are you supposed to get to know them the only thing I can think that you could do is if you had a third-party with you when you met that like her father brother or uncle present any time you met her or vice versa for our sisters

U can Just meet Each other while her mahram is in the area. He doesnt need to listen to the conversations. He can sit or walk at appropriate distance

@@Abu-Kurdi its important to have some interactions with the potential spouse before the nikkah in order to see if you are compatible and have similar goals, dunya wise and akhira wise. This is done the halaal way of course with her wali there and with limits ie no touching, no inappropriate speech etc

in islam you have the right to meet the person and interact with them, with someone else there of course and with limits, to see if you are compatible. Ask for your Islamic rights even if it goes against culture.

This is cool and all, but I can't imagine marrying someone I haven't known for at least a year. I need to know what I'm getting into for the rest of my life, what her personality is like, how she handles pressure and manages challenges in life. Those are practical things that you can only learn about a person if you've spent time with them and have closely known a man or a woman for at least 6 months to 1 year. If you disagree, I'd love to discuss.

The quran has nothing saying you can't be alone with them (khalwah), rather from the hadith we see it's a precaution that men take from commiting zina, which is the real sin. So ask yourself: is your faith stronger than your desires?

Are you a virgin? Allah is most just, he provides chaste women to chaste men. Be realistic and have taqwa, complaining will only make having sabr harder. Being thankful is something you do for your own virtues if you aren’t thankful it does not take away from Allah, Allah azdawajal is free from all needs.

@@gmhc7298 I absolutely believe that. I will admit I have fornicate. So if I marry a Muslim woman who was not a virgin I will hold nothing against her. But the amount of times/partners must absolutely be within reason. Any man would rather a virgin but Allah his plans for everyone.
