Since you use it for concrete work, that's what i also need for.... Does it work with an Angular Grinder.... what you use to cut through concrete

I just bought the DWV015 (next gen ) today , it has a BT remote tool connector, but Dewalt has yet NOT yet released the remote that wraps around the hose. The hose is 36 mm yellow & black. The ends have the air lock. The hose ends do not fit between the bucket and the handle. Maybe I should have got a Festool CT-15... lol

Do you know if the Dewalt DCB1800 Power Station mounts into those groves on top of the Hepa Vac? I’ve see some pictures of on sitting on top, but I was curious how stable that would be.

there is a tstak mounting plate for vacs, im not sure if it works on this vac. the power station mounts to the tough system. and i dont think they have made a mounting plate for it yet

Hammer and Home, very important question/request for you, I am finishing up a construction safety video, part of which ties in with silicosis - for those who breathe in way too much dust from the ground, breaking rocks, concrete, or this crushed concrete - the very common dust crystalline silica - though I've noticed people really have to breathe in a ton of the dust over a period of years - or extreme single exposures like the breathing in the dust from the twin tower collapse to get an issue from only single exposures. I personally do not have a HEPA vacuum so was looking for some existing footage that I could utilize - I likely would just be including you drilling and showing it running - probably only utilizing around 10-20 seconds or less of your clip - and could gladly cut out your audio, I am planning to just utilize my talking points for the video - unless there is a key piece you explain about the vacuum you think I should include your audio of in your explanation. Would I have permission to incorporate just a small bit of the clip? I do intend to sell this/strategically give it away for free to those who need it. In exchange for this - I can give the final product to you at a highly discounted rate and or even free if you are looking for a modern construction safety video (mostly specific to concrete construction) including modern medical treatments. In any case just let me know if that would be okay. Thanks you for your time!

Is the suction any good because on other reviews and comparisons its ranks low on the performance scale .Ive been slow to buy it ......what to you reckon Brad ?
@hammerandhome4 жыл бұрын
i found the suction to be fine for the application i showed in the video. I wouldn't use this vacuum as a regular everyday site clean up vac, way to expensive. it seemed to work great with the hollow core bits.

I own one of this beauty’s and is way better than hilti , also you don’t have to buy any bags for it , i been using mine for 2 years already sanding drywall and I haven’t had problems , I haven’t replaced the filters either just washed them and they work like new.
