The condo lobby entrance aesthetic looks sucks which doesn’t compatible to its selling price. What a joke the first impression seeing the condo like an industrial building using a solid door with“KELUAR” sign, no drop off area…I just can’t understand what’s the point putting up the flutter panel outside the door…..😅😂

Yeah, drop off lobby rather miserable indeed. A bit dark and empty. The solid doors have to go too. Hopefully the developer can rectify this.

this is a service apartments and not residential condo. The fire protective door is the requirement by BOMBA bcos the space behind the door is larger to allow glass door.

few outdoor carparking slots before the guard house is catered for customers who will be visiting the retail lots on ground floors. There are if not mistaken 2 to 4 retails lots catered for both residents and outsiders.

This data isn't the latest oh. For whatever reasons, the Kementerian Perumahan data always a few months behind. Nevertheless, current stats, I think should be there about. Jenis kondo macam ni, memang susah nak jual habis 100%. Kalau ada baki unit lagi dari pemaju, memang susah kalau ada owner yang nak jual sekarang.

Lobby is a huge miss, half-effort into making it look “premium”. That said, the unit is definitely premium, huge balcony with glass railings, u shaped kitchen, end to end glass windows and a bathtub. Personally feel the second door is odd despite adopting a dual key concept. The walkway between the two doors will be dark without any natural lighting. It is actually not bad for an ownstay product but the trade off will be the inconvenient road access. At the border of PJ and Kepong, neither here nor there, but convenient to none. If sharing the same road and tunnel access with DCP residences then good luck lol. Better leave home earlier for work.

Yeap, the lobby is a letdown, given the how how this property is marketed. They definitely could have done better for the drop off area and the lobby itself. Unit layout is awesome, especially the huge balcony as you mentioned and the U shape kitchen. Oh no, it's not a dual key unit concept. Dual key refers to having a studio unit which can be separated from the rest of the house. You can't do that for this unit. Convenient for those coming back from Kepong, but if want to head to Kepong, won't be easy. Likewise, the same for PJ. Coming from PJ, will be tough, but heading there is OK.

@@JackChang27 I remember seeing a video saying that dual key is possible if you seal off the two passage way beside the central washroom. Hence, it will be a long passage way from the second door to the master bedroom door. If the second door isn’t for dual key intent, then I feel it’s a bit weird. I guess you’re right. No matter which part of the toll you’re heading to for work, you’ll still have to face the inconvenience one way. Just wondering will the lower units facing the forest encounter more mosquitoes/ bugs issues?

Nah, I don't think so lar. This lobby isn't impressive, but definitely still better than most RumaWIPs. Maybe only 1 or 2 would be better.
