10:55 This is honestly so true. I've had issues with suicidality and depression since my teens and being able to control my emotions has made me way happier and has saved my life. I think what people get confused about is the difference between controlling your emotions and ignoring them. Controlling them means you recognise how you feel, assess whether those feelings are valid by considering the facts, and then reacting in an appropriate manner to minimize the harm that may be caused both to yourself and to others. Ignoring your emotions is not dealing with your problems so that they fester and eventually become too big to solve by yourself

the part about setting goals opened my mind. Goals=Dream+DEADLINE+ Plan. Many people dont get the deadline seriously. If you dont limit the deadline u will miss opportunities that are needed for ur next goal or mext step in your plan. Don’t underestimate it. Right now you have every opportunity you ever wished for and it wont last long. Time flies

something that I have learned from you is that there is generally a book for everything. I am dyslexic and can struggle to read, I know there are some books like the ones you show that are about making money and the financial side of life that are likely more useful to get the physical copy to use but when generally learning other information that is useful do you think that listening to audio books works as well as the physical copies or are they not as good since it is much harder to go back to specific parts to just take small portions of the book?

I’m so glad you explained step one the way you did to everyone. The first time I read through a book I don’t really absorb a lot on purpose. What I do is spend time underlining/highlighting key info, stuff that really stand out. Things like the thesis of the book and the facts that support the message of the book. Then I re read it at least 2 more times. No one really takes me seriously when I say this so I hope they do when you do!

Dude being really honest. I’m an emotional guy. In my teens I were very naive and simp like, wrote poetry about girls I liked, love declarations after one kiss etc (but kept it to myself, I wasn’t that stupid lol) Anyway, today I’ve grown into a more socially skilled guy and I manage to have sex on a consistent basis. That being said, when it comes to love I’m still an emotional guy, and with my last girlfriend I cried quite a lot when I was flooded with that insane feeling of love towards her, it came though when I knew she loved me too, and it never took a tool on our relationship. After onde year and a half dating she was ready to marry me and have my kids, keep in mind I’m only 22. But I wasn’t ready for that and decided to break up the relationship even though it hurt so much. Bottom line, if you’re a man of value and don’t let your emotions get in the way of doing the work I think showing emotion in front of a girl isn’t a big deal at all, since she already knows about your qualities and strengths as well.

Interesting take on crying. It is part of a woman's gift to help a man become vulnerable, as is shown in stories like Beauty and the Beast. Such stories reflect her ability to help many connect with the anima within him, as well as the living embodiment outside (in her). When she helps him become vulnerable, he has greater access to the most powerful aspects of masculinity. Kind of like how knowing a greater darkness helps you see the contrast at the pinnacles of greatness in life.
