Disabilities should be taken into account with any tests being asked of a driver in a stop. HOWEVER, being drunk and disabled doesn't make you exempt from the consequences of driving under the influence. Also, many disabilities make you driving unsafe, that's why I don't drive myself. I have cancer and I'm begging the dr to let me back to work. I'm gonna run out of money and I miss my friends there. I loved them guys. Doc said next month so I got my fingers crossed. I haven't applied for disability yet though. I think that's mostly because I just want to work. If I can't go back next month I am going to have to. I'll run out of my savings in another 6 months or so. That's what I have been living on the past year.

It's not that hard to learn to keep your cool with people who you know are going to be mean and angry on purpose; even though it can be difficult to maintain composure. The trick is to not expect any logical conversation. It Was pretty funny when the lady at the station was hollering how she was going to sue over and over with the one cop responding "Ok!", and after a few times she suddenly deflated to: _"ok?"_

This is the way every officer should behave towards people who are intoxicated, and not in their right mind! In this instance, no matter how much she’s talking about she’s gonna sue somebody… Not a single one of those officers did a single thing for which she could sue! All of them did an EXCELLENT job and kept their cool. It seems so simple to me… But sadly more often than not you see officers behaving like idiots who are confused as to why the person is acting like a drunk person. 😩🤦🏾‍♀️

The female officer reminds me of this girl who used to be my neighbor back in the day. She's a sweetheart and probably one of the nicest people I've ever met, very attractive and was always one of the popular girly girls. Then one day she was just like I'm gonna be a cop and went hardcore and got all jacked up on crossfit and tatted out. She's still as nice as ever, but works the beat in one of the highest crime cities in my state. Bless her.

The cops are supposed to ask you if you have any physical or mental health problems that would prevent you from properly doing the test. You have a right to not do the test without being counted as a refusal. Also if you are over 65 you dont have to do the test as well if your body weight is important to your height. Thats a federal law. This cop violated this womans Rights. She told her her problems and the pos cop is forcing her to do something she is physically unable to do. I have a lots of physical health problems caused by sports injuries and a career in construction. I don't drink and I can't do the heel to toe walk or stand on one foot. Most of these cops aren't even certified to conduct these tests which they are supposed to be by federal law. Those that are " trained" were handed certification more for attendance rather than actually learning or, they just ignore what they were taught. Theres a DUZi lawyer in Tennessee that would destroy this cop on the stand
