30-minute yoga for beginners, vinyasa flow for lower back pain, mild sciatica, and tight hip flexors…
During this class we will be focusing on hip stretches, to relieve the lumbar spine from tension (lower back pain), stretch out tight hip flexors and release sciatic nerve pain, due to a pinched nerve, or piriformis syndrome from too much sitting, running, or walking exercises, relieving back and leg pain.

After a 7 and half stone weight loss I have fallen head over heals in love with yoga, I'm dyspraxic so to feel good at this is amazing ❤sadly iv been suffering siatic pain 😢and my beautiful connection to yoga and my body is not the same 😮I'm at my wits end. I was planing on a beautiful yoga holiday to Thailand or simalar next year but I'm now feeling like this is slipping away . Thank you for your beautiful practice I tried my hardest to enjoy and feel a wee bit looser in my hips.

Hey Amanda, so glad you fell in love with yoga and that really is amazing that you've managed with Dyspraxia, it's so wonderful that it has helped your life be more balanced. Very sad to hear you've been suffering with Siatica. I shall create a short video to help with that specifically. Have you seen a doctor to find the route cause of your sciatic pain, for example, disc bulge, or degenerative disc? Sending love 🙏

This class was fantastic! I have been having really bad sciatic pain on my left side and in the beginning of this practice downward dog was excruciating! By the end of the practice I feel so much more loose, not as restricted and the muscle that has been painful feels much better!! Thank you so much! I may come back to this one again today! wonderful as usual. This class went so fast I thought Oh she meant a 20 min vid. I felt soooo great afterwords. The only problem I have is back pain associated with digestion, I think, so I do every type of yoga I can find to get things moving. Thank you so much for all your super awesome content. I love your practices and I don't think I have ever cut one short or skipped out. I am a bit of a shavasana skipper though.
