Baby Goat cleared 100 yards on 6 passes Cam Brown CAUGHT two passes. I'm just saying he read the field quickly and made a decision and it worked.
@myworldofsports13769 ай бұрын
He also done it in garage time & against back ups of backups or I think. I think 20 is the only one I saw early in the game. He made some good throws. He made bad throws. Wr made simple plays then didn’t make simple play. I hope au fans still see there’s issues. Pt has zero trust causing him to hold onto the ball & not see the field thinking he has to do more. He has to let it fly or he’s done w/college. I liked holders arm even tho we didn’t see much from him but the ball definitely flys off his arm. Who will be the starter? Idk. I’d be more into Hank & Holden if I saw them pull the ball & run. Walker White is looking more & more appealing if he can get a hold on the offense. End of the day coach mont has to look in the mirror when there’s a lack of talent coaches have to rise vs being bama or ga. He didn’t even run great run plays. I’m ready for next generation of au players. Cobb bring one. Hunter I love how he loves the game his feet & speed but he needs a hole right in front of him. Alston the same. Alston runs with his head & eyes straight down. Then Alston & others live night b4 the game & look to have been smoking weed points to the me guy culture problems. It was hard to tell what was said & who was in there but it was obvious to me by Alston eyes & fanning in front of camera getting on to teammates that didn’t know he was live. I don’t really care about smoking part it’s the up late night b4 a game & dumb enough to go freaking insta live.

The Spring game just got VERY interesting. One quarter off the bench against non-starters is not enough of an evaluation of any player, no matter what he acheived. That said, Kudos to the young man for stepping up and playing like a champion, no matter qhat tge scoreboard said. Now lets see him learn and grow in the Spring, earn reps day to day and we could have one hell of a hole card next season and a huge step towards a junior-senior starting QB.

In 9 throws, Hank Brown had more yards than Thorne and Holden put together. 132 to 92. And he completed passes to Hooks and Cam Brown. If he's not given an actual chance in 24 to win qb1, there's going to be a riot.

@@rodepperson5885 Dilfer coached an Elite qb camp, then was a High school coach prior to him going to UAB. Thorne was a known quantity, having lost to UMD in 2022. 31-13 soft coverage in a game that was over may not be the best judge of War Eagle's next QB. Gunnar Henderson, we still love you, it was nothing personal, looking forward to 2024. Go Os and Terps. kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5fWg2Cmgp2pns0

Just last week freeze said he believes in Thorne and we’re sticking with Thorne and Thorne is our guy next year and not going after a portal qb. Then 5 days later freeze says the qb race is wide open??? Does high school high know what he’s doing? He appears lost when it comes to coaching ball. Yes I know he’s a great recruiter and a wonderful politician but he sucks at coaching football.
@jakepadgett55699 ай бұрын
@@fuckcensorship69yeah it was a terrible first year for him. He seems lost. Not knowing the playbook is not what I expected from the offensive and qb guru. He’s lost and I have no faith in him except for when it comes to recruiting and being a politician for the auburn money folks. Jimbo also recruited in the top 5 every year and would always lose 4-5 games per year. Coaching matters just as much if not more than recruiting. I consistently see teams do more with less. Washington is in the playoffs and their recruiting class is ranked # 39.

Where does "The Baby Goat" come from...? lol
@jayham19708 ай бұрын
I hate to complain about officiating, but the officials in this game have cart blanc to Maryland to stop Auburn by never throwing a flag. I literally saw multiple pass interference calls where a Maryland defender either hit an Auburn player before the ball got anywhere close to him, or a Maryland player had a handful of Auburn jersey while an Auburn player was trying to make a play and the ball had not gotten close to the player. Don’t even get me started about the late hits and unnecessary roughness out of bounds. A Maryland player literally attacked an Auburn player (out of bounds on the Auburn sideline), and Auburn somehow was the team who the flag was thrown against. It might be a bit of a conspiracy, but Las Vegas wagerers had some money spent in all the right places to achieve an Auburn loss. Bad officiating can make a pretty good team look like crap on the scoreboard.

Wait....what? You saw this and Thorne and thought they looked the same?
@chrishoward13788 ай бұрын
@@TheWarRapport I saw bad throws by hank too. Way behind receivers and he stared down receivers. That isn't good football and against backups. I'd rather see what walker white can do just saying. White has the best arm probably but we don't know yet if he'll be the best fit , poise and pocket presence and decision making are important too. Only time will tell. Also geriner doesn't have the arm but he has pocket presence so only half of what a qb needs.
@chrishoward13788 ай бұрын
@@TheWarRapport fresh legs and fresh qb against backup defense when theyre already down alot isn't sec/big game pressure or ideal moments to showcase what he can do or not do.
