Well done, in this scale the unpainted MDF actually works perfectly, shaded by the laser cut marks.

Wow Martin. What a fantastic model, and a super helpful video. I will defo be getting one of these, and in due course, a 2nd one. I'm going to make use of your affiliate link from here on for all my Warlord purchases to help you out. I think a 2nd model back to back with the 1st (and maybe some extra wall sections), placed in the center of the gaming table, with the table edges covered with forest would make an for a darn good 'Barbarian' attack scenario - Russell Crowe, Gladiator style. "Unleash Hell!" Great work Martin - Ben.

Would be cool if they made one that had four gatehouses and four corner towers (instead of having to buy four kits for all the gatehouses and then having 4 corner pieces not being used), then you could make a full sized fort and have it be assaulted from all sides.

Thats a fair comment, I meant to mention there are single Palisades available as well, I would have thought there may have been another buy in option to make a larger fort including those as they are £5 for 4 👍

That looks really good,part of me wants one in 28mm but that would be massive i think?.I had the airfix 1/72nd scale plastic roman fort when i was little and from what i can remember that was big enough.

Great video Martin, i like the idea of the 10mm figures. However in my pile of shame i have the GW box set of Battle of the Five Armies in 10mm they released back in 2005 still unpainted 😢
