Maloon Marwan bin hakkam governor of The Firoon Mawiyah bin Hinda lanati ordered that son of the 1st Khalifa of Islam Imam Abu Bakar (ra) be arrested till he ran inside Ammi Ayesha(as) hujra to save his life on that Maloon Marwanbin hakkam put a lie on the familyof Abu Bakkar as follows 😂😂 Sahih Bukhari Hadith No. 4827 Narrated Yusuf bin Mahak: Marwan had been appointed as the governor of Hijaz by Muawiya. He delivered a sermon and mentioned Yazid bin Muawiya so that the people might take the oath of allegiance to him as the successor of his father (Muawiya). Then `Abdur Rahman bin Abu Bakr told him something whereupon Marwan ordered that he be arrested. But `Abdur-Rahman entered `Aisha's house and they could not arrest him. Marwan said, It is he (`AbdurRahman) about whom Allah revealed this Verse:-- 'And the one who says to his parents: 'Fie on you! Do you hold out the promise to me..?' On that, `Aisha said from behind a screen, Allah did not reveal anything from the Qur'an about us except what was connected with the declaration of my innocence (of the slander).

I think intent & effect are the important things here. Video games, for instance, aren't an intoxicant. But if a university student is playing fifteen hours of games in a week and can't study or develop a report with their colleagues then it's doing as much damage as drinking. Alternatively if you had a diet softdrink that was made with a sugar substitute (frequently these are sugar alcohols) while getting to know your classmates you are bonding with people and its very positive.

I learned about "niyyah" or intention recently and it really explains a lot of situations. Even if any fruit juices claims that it contains alcohol, my intention is very clear; i.e. I want to drink the juice. If any naughty friends wants to prank me and adds a little bit more alcohol in my juice without me knowing, my intention is still clear; i.e. I want to drink the juice. However, 2 things will happen. 1. I can smell the alcohol, therefore I avoid it. 2. I can't smell it, and drank it, and I got drunk (maybe, maybe not). If no. 2 happens, I could be forgiven, because I don't know. At the bottom of my heart and knowledge, I do not know. The sin now lies on my naughty friend because his intention was to make me take something haram. Why did I bother to explain this? Because the producer of all these fruit juice DOES NOT intend to make alcoholic fruit juices. And if everything have been inspected and certified by the Islamic authority (i.e. the ingredient, the additives, the process of harvesting, collecting, storing, cutting, everything until packaging and selling), then there shouldnt be any doubt. If anyone decides to go with self doubt, then so be it, perhaps it is better for him.

Oranges do not naturally contain alcohol. However, some ripe fruits including oranges can undergo fermentation as a result of exposure to yeast or bacteria. This can lead to a very small amount of alcohol being produced in the fruit, typically less than 0.5%. This is a natural process that can occur in many fruits and is not harmful in small amounts. However, it's important to note that commercially available oranges, such as those sold in grocery stores, are generally not fermented and do not contain measurable amounts of alcohol.

Well then it's natural since the yeast itself comes from the nature, ripe dates fruit could contain 10% of alcohol on dry weight basis without eben squeezing it. Orange juice and orange from your grocery store is fermented even in a slight time in nature before the harvest and during the transport
@20000pezzy1

I've worked at an Australian biosecurity site where imported produce is tested for any diseases or pests. A lot of the imported fruits from overseas are extremely old and kept in cold storage for several months during processing and packaging than another month while on sea. The cold storage doesn't prevent fermentation but rather slows it down. Several instances have occurred where we had to dispose of half of the container since the fruits have gone bad. Citrus are the worst culprit. Alot of the citrus from the US go off really fast. The clients then take the remaining stock and sell them to big supermarket chains. I can guarantee you most defected fruits still get through and will end up in your bag eventually. Some of these products sold at large supermarket chains have been harvested as long as half a year ago. If you really want to play it safe, then stick with local grown produce. Imported produce is heavily fumigated when leaving the country of origin, and upon arrival, if any diseases or pests are found, then it will be fumigated another time. Most officers I know will remain from eating overseas products or specific types of fruit that harbour a lot of insects and are known to be heavily treated (all types of berries, or fruits with thin skins). If your worried amount fermentation, then local fruits as long as they have been properly stored will be fresher and less slower to go bad.

In my opinion, if the one answering the question knows the answer as he learnt it from someone who is qualified but they themselves might not have the same qualifications, they can still answer the question only to what they know is to be 100% correct. For example, if someone asks me a basic Islamic question, such as, is the witr prayer Fardh, I know the answer but I am not qualified meaning I have not formally studied the subject, I will still tell him the answer based on what I learnt from a credible source. But if the person has a question I don't know or am not sure the answer of, I won't answer it. If we all wait for the most qualifed person to give every answer for every single question, we will never get an answer and people will turn away from the deen rather than going closer. Every food in the world has a small percentage of alcohol in it but there are certain things that make it halal or haram. Or cleaning products like toothpaste and mouthwash they have a very large percentage of alcohol but they are halal or cologne.

It's not an excuse. The reason alcohol is haram is because it intoxicates you. The intoxication part is the haram part. If this is a convenient excuse, is it also a convenient excuse to ban toddlers from drinking beer, but allow them to drink orange juice?
@epitaphzz
@epitaphzz Жыл бұрын
@@marcush4741 Through that same logic you can drink any type of alcohol without the intention of getting intoxicated, and if you don't get intoxicated, then it's halal.

@@epitaphzz alchohol is still bad for you and addicting, no? also things that "technically" contain bits of alchohol are physically impossible to get drunk off of unless you wanna try to disprove me and try to drink orange juice to the point you're drunk, although your stomach would get full before you even feel a teeny bit drink
@epitaphzz
@epitaphzz Жыл бұрын
@@msi_i_chad3061 If you're talking about possibility for addiction than anything with alcohol counts. You can drink wine too and not get addicted, even though wine has a substantially higher ABV. If the rule of thumb is "if you can get addicted to it its off the table" than wouldn't alcoholic drinks with low ABVs get a pass? And, moreover, wouldn't anything with an ABV higher than .5 be off the table? Because, when it comes to alcohol on smaller levels, possibility of addiction doesn't scale with how likely it is to get you drunk. Of course, the higher the alcohol content the more likely you are to get addicted however having a low ABV doesn't completely deter the risk of addiction.

if its naturally has alcohol its halal. but if you do some processing to enhance alcohol content then its haram. the intention from the start is the key. grape juice is halal but if you distilate it to increase alcohol content for drunk purposes to become wine then its haram.
