I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with copyright strikes before. Typically KZbin only sides with you if the strike or claim is issued by another individual (like another KZbinr). But if it’s a big company like Netflix or HBO? They’ll side with the company 100% without even looking at your dispute. I’ve been told it’s because it’s a legal issue and YT doesn’t want to get involved. So really, they’re more interested in protecting themselves than the people who their platform would be nothing without in the first place. 🙄
