No-her wings are clipped. There’s a really interesting book called _The Parrot Who Owns Me_ about a woman who had a parrot who got outside somehow and flew off, and they were fairly certain he wouldn’t last very long.

@@maryrosekent8223 I have a gray - she is nearly 38 years old, and I've had her since she was 3 months old. So I'm in love with grays... My parrots' wings were always clipped. Even so, one day we were outside and she got scared, started flapping her wings, and actually flew off into the tree tops. We searched and searched for her until it was dark, but didn't find her. But the next morning, we went out again and some people walking by spotted her. The vet later told us that birds can fly some distance, even with their wings clipped.
