Chris, would you consider building a hopback device? Seems like it would be perfect for your hopping aspirations? You could hook it up to the secondary tank and circulate, change the hop charge and move it to another tank - you could even filter that way. Just a thought...maybe you think it would be a bad idea? (Love to know why though!) Cheers! Week to reopening!

Well done on all you’ve achieved, came across you when I was on Tom’s page around two weeks ago as I’ve been looking at starting AG and trying to gather info etc. Only done a couple of kit brews so far and they all have that home brew taste to them. I’m in the process of extending my shed into a man cave/ brewshed, acquired a barrel to convert I have a few large stock pots (chef by trade) so slowly increasing my brew ware without SWMBO noticing. So for the past almost 2 weeks I’ve binged watched your vlogs from the beginning and have finally caught up. From what I can gather your a self taught Home brewer whose gone commercial, no formal brewing training/apprenticeship? So sad to see as you were opening the kitchen that corvid hit, but onwards and upwards, hopefully will get to taste some of your beers in the not too distant future and good luck from sunny Wales (well it was sunny today😂🍺)

Shame you can't get a corkscrew feeder cos it takes the cans in real smooth . Will you be loading cans manually or is that going to be automated too

If you're using the newer FVs as brite tanks, could you not supply the canning machine from them rather than the kegs?

What finings are you using these days? Being able to say that the beer is vegan on the can label opens the market for you, can't wait to see the seamer and whole production line in action!

Are you going to start selling online. At the end of COVID the plan is to travel down for a beer but till then can I get some cans/bottles sent?
