One thing I realize Is that Mellody connected with people early on that backed her and gave her credit for the work she did. But, I find that there are too many “leaders” that are very insecure about themselves or on the flip are so high on themselves and believe that nobody helps them get to where they are and don’t give credit or recognition where it is deserved!
