He must do so, being a question of political competition and political relevance. His boss seems determined to make him irrelevant. Riggy is showing he understands the moves "from 18", and and taking preemptive measures. Where would he get the votes he will lose from Mt Kenya if he is keen on winning a free and fair election? This issue of taxation needs to be addressed in the correct context. There is nothing wrong with taxing the population.
