I live in nys and am impressed with your video, I have been dealing with thyroid since 1976 and have argued with doctors for years, I’m very interested in your video and am starting a couple of small things now to try and help myself and the doctor deal with this disease

This is not an EVOO question. I have heard that Whole Coffee Fruit extract is amazing for the brain, in your opinion would that be safe for a hashimoto's/hypo person to try? thank you.

Thank you for this. I thought that I was helping my husband by getting him to write his taco shells and olive oil and now I know this is probably causing his inflammation and pain to be worse. I am going to switch them back to lard

Sara - I just had my BP go from normal - 120/80 - to 90/40. I also found out my TSH is almost 5 (4.67 to be exact). Have you ever heard of someone’s BP go low when the thyroid stops functioning optimally? My Doctors were puzzled (and still are), and I keep TELLING them “it’s my thyroid, it’s my thyroid”. They put me through all kinds of heart tests - Treadmill Stress Test, Echocardiogram ultrasound, troponin & D-Dimer tests. Nothing remarkable. All tests came out negative. My GP just increased my Levothyroxine from 125mcg to 137mcg & it has elevated my BP just a little bit. I have Hashimoto’s.

Hello! im in such a struggle to heal my hashimoto... i have >1300 anti-tpo and i think i have iodine deficiency as i cant even eat a small amout of broccoli or sweet potatoe, peaches or any other goitrogenic food. i also have a goiter. my diet last 10 years have been very little iodine intake i think. but now when i try to supplement with 200mg selenium and 50mg iodine from kelp i feel even worse... i dont know what to do :( Can you take 100-200mg selenium with a iodine deficiency ? Really hope for an answer Regards
