I've been following another yoga channel that i absolutely love, but I've been doing nothing but your vids the last few weeks for my lower back & neck. You are so freaking good. You keep saying what to do with each part of our bodies, and you repeat it often. It's so helpful and really makes me pay attention to my form and your voice is very calming. THANK YOU!!

Awesome core practice. Alignments & slow control movements help to connect Effort & ease with breath. Bringing that to our daily life. 🙏 so much. Much love & peace👍🏼😊. The discipline we bring on to our mat is the same discipline we bring into our daily life!!

As several others commented, this video is wonderful, wonderful indeed. To be clear - this is not an ab crunch workout. Rather it's a traditional hatha yoga practice with a core focus. The practice is not obvious, it's subtle. That means you have to really connect to your body, to your core, and really listen to the instructions to receive all the benefits. The instructions is clear and focused, and keeps alignment and breath front and center throughout. There's plenty of time provided between poses to reconnect to easy breath. The pace is slow, engendering mindfulness. There's a great use of props, in ways I've not seen. And one of the best parts is a nice, long shavasana at the end. I've not seen that pose in very many KZbin videos. Nice touch.

David! It's a perfect workout, the one I"ve been looking for since last year! Thank you so much! This workout is multifunctional and thus especially effective: it works upon yout balance, it streches the rib cage, it helps to develop hips flexibility as well as sacrum stability! And I must say over and over again that your respect toward followers is unprecendented. I started yoga at the age of 64, and I have been able to complete most of your workouts for beginners and feel the effect! Namaste!

Hi David, wonderful video. Just wanted to know, if I am eligible do this with my lower back pain and sciatica. Seeking the right suggestion before doing it.
