You are so gifted to create atmospheres, true, solid, dreamy atmospheres (solid in their dreaminess.) I have seen no other teacher do that. And, whether it is in a 45 mn sequence, of in the 5 mn ones -for example the warm-up, or the yoga for stress when one opens and then closes like a little clamp shell-, an atmosphere is there. Thank you for having that gift, and for putting it up into the world.

Dreamy! Thank you! I had to decide between foam roller and doing this class, you won and WOW! Not the class I expected (had just come from a fast 4.5km walk and my hips were tight), the shavasana, pranayama (one of my favourites) and meditation was PERFECT timing. 💕

Just started with yoga and your videos are great for beginners! I noticed that I have difficulties with poses when I put weight on my knees and I loose my balance. Any tips on how I can strengthen my knees?

You can always pad the knees with a folded blanket or towel when putting them on the floor, this helps so much! Knees will get stronger as you practice, but ifyou'd like you can check out this class specifically for knee strength => kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHzMdJhsoNBjhqs
