I absolutely love Haunt. I'm still surprised that more horror fans haven't seen it. I never really see it get mentioned. It's a perfect movie to watch on Halloween. So glad you didn't show what the killers really look like because it's such a great reveal that is much better experienced while you watch the actual movie. Especially on a first time viewing. Thanks for giving this underrated gem some much deserved attention and love. 🤘

I did not love haunt. Kind of the opposite. I stopped watching it once the black woman was the first to face moral injury and harassed upon her mostly white friends upon entering the haunt by the clown. When a poc has to turn off a scary movie directed by white guys because they utilize the trope of making bipoc people suffer first .... you may be a racist. I don't care to know where the movie went. If the black woman survived to the end, it still wouldnt justify the white directors' choice. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

This movie is really great. I thought I had it figured out in the first few minutes, but was surprised. This movie does everything right. Very scary. 9/10.

Just saw it last night and I cant believe this slipped under my radar. After my wife scrolled for 40 minutes she threw this on and I went in not knowing a thing about it. It was surprisingly good. It was so tense yet fun to watch especially if you're a fan of haunted attractions. They had an equally strong male character which was actually refreshing to see in a horror movie for a change. They didn't screw up the ending with being corny they went straight for the throat.

I caught this movie by random on tubi or prime, and it was such a fun time. I am a big haunt fan irl, so seeing this movie felt like it was done right. The masks felt so fun and traditional. I love the costumes the antagonists wore a lot. Especially Mitch. When the devil took off his mask, i was not expecting that face!

After so many horror movies, I don't tend to get scared in movies anymore. Haunt, however, legitimately scared me a few times and kept me up when I first saw it. That hammer ripping kill still sticks with me

Yeah it's cool when a guy in a mask walks up and kills someone then walks away. Like, are you even gonna enjoy it? Is there no ritual involved? Why in the world would a villain with the motivation of a pest exterminator excite an audience? Killing just to get rid of them? After inviting them in? Not collecting their blood not performing a ritual not doing it for fun. IT'S BORING

@@realDonaldTrump420 imo , best slashers always gonna be Jason , Myers and Leather face , 3 kinds of slashers for 3 iconic king slashers if u want more human and realistic goe leather face if u want supernatural epic halloween theme goe michael myers if u want slasher king with fun go with Jasonn Voorhees but every slasher has his gold too , haunt is cool and a legit gem even though my fave terror style is monsters and aliens and when we rarely get all them cross up like cabbin in the woods

Hmmmm gonna have to check this one out. I used to work as an actor in a haunt here in Cleveland, and many customers were scared to the point of having no control of bodily functions lol Can only imagine how hard this plays out….

Boot. The fact that you enjoyed 20 times a black woman being the first to suffer tauntingly and mortally only reinforces my weariness of horror films. A bipoc person witnesses how frequently bipoc people are the first to suffer or sacrifice themselves for white characters. I stopped the film immediately once I noticed this trope going on. Don't care to know how the rest of the movie played out.

I love this movie it is genuinely scary and has a twist you will not see coming at the end and if you can do review on the movie trick that is another genuine horror flick that you may consider checking out

My favorite part was when they tickled gun guy instead of killing him when any real person would have, this way he comes back at the end to shoot baseball guy. It was so close but fumbled the ball a few times

They did have option to take the traps apart and use them for weapons but just walked past instead.. like the knife room with a clown in it.. I would’ve grabbed all the blades I could hanging down and just charged the dude.. not run away in the dark with no weapon! Too many times movies do this.. like at the end where buddy doesn’t climb the fence but instead it’s gun vs bat and when bat wins, he doesn’t bother to grab the gun!

I enjoyed the movie much more than I thought. Couldn’t turn it off til credits.. but I did have one or two issues with it.. most characters would pass weapons and not try to take them, or even hurt a villain and not take his blade or even gun in the end! And my main question about this movie was the cellphones... it looked like the clown was trying the same password for each phone and only threw three phones in the microwave to destroy them... I think there were five ppl.. so why did they not destroy the main girl’s phone and why did they try to use that password for all phones??? Very confused
